Conferencing

This page is for Eplexity Web Conference & Meetings. A conference must be initiated by Eplexity before you are able to log into it. You will be given details including a conference code to log in.

What you need

1. A PC with an Internet connection (a high speed connection is better) to view the presentation or demo.
   • Turn off all Pop-up Blockers. The conference will not run if a Pop-up Blocker is running.
   • Java version 1.6.x (or a later version) must be installed.
2. A separate telephone line for the audio portion of the presentation.

Prior to the conference date

1. Turn off all Pop-up Blockers. Many users have more than one pop-up blockers. The conference session will not run correctly if pop-up stoppers are enabled. 95% of login problems are caused by pop-up stoppers.
2. Please verify that your settings are optimized for the web conference. To do so, please run the Computer Compatibility Test below:

To join the conference

1. Use the phone for the audio of the meeting. Get the Session ID Code from the conference moderator.
2. Turn off all Pop-up Blockers.
3. Go to this link to join the meeting.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your name, email, and Session ID code, then select the Join button.
